Is Yogurt A Good Natural Cure Yeast Infection?

We all know that when you have a yeast infection you have to stay away from all food and drink that contains yeast. Now, the one exception is yogurt. For a Natural Cure Yeast Infection, yogurt is a very good option and yogurt should always form part of a Chronic Yeast Diet.

It is one of those things in life where you have to use something natural to the maximum good. Yogurt does contain yeast, but it is a "good " yeast that actually helps to keep the "bad" yeast, the Candida Albicans, under control.

We all have the Candida Albicans fungus in us, bit it is only when it is allowed to grow uncontrolled, when an overgrowth occurs, that we get a yeast infection. This means our bodies are out of control and we must strive to restore that control. Yogurt is a very good way to do so.

That is not the only use for yogurt as a yeast infection cure though, you can also soak a tampon in natural, unsweetened, unflavored yogurt and use it to get relief from a vaginal yeast infection. You can also eat it and keep the yogurt in your mouth for a while as a treatment for thrush in the mouth and you can also use the yogurt as a cream for a skin yeast infection.

So, yes, yogurt is a very good Natural Cure Yeast Infection.
